New building, Federal Research Institute for Animal Health
RDS Partner in international cooperation with Itten+Brechbühl AG is realizing the total restoration and centralization of the Friedrich-Loeffler Institute (FLI). Competence and extensive experience in planning and realizing laboratories and animal husbandry facilities with safety areas ranging from S1 to S4 are a premise for this highly safety-relevant construction task. The FLI is an independent Higher Federal Authority of the Federal Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. It conducts research in the areas of livestock health and related sciences. Bundling research capacities and infrastructures has resulted in a modern and new structure that saves operational costs.
