Realization competition
New construction of an office and laboratory building for the Julius Kühn Institute in Dossenheim
RDS Partner was able to assert itself in a preliminary selection round that included 24 other offices and thus participate in a planning competition for the Federal Research Institute for Cultivated Plants. The objective of the competition was to plan a structure that included the required building technology. The planned buildings encompass a total usage space of 3,339 sqm. The building costs for cost groups 300 and 400 amounted to approx. € 18.0 m.
