New building
The new construction for short-term care has provided twelve day care spaces on the ground floor and individual rooms for 15 guests on the upper floor. The concept makes use of the property’s topography. On the hillside a one-level building has integrated the scale of the opposite apartment building. There are two levels on the valley side. A varied material selection for the facade on the ground floor and corrugated aluminum sheet metal and light plaster on the upper floor categorize the building and emphasize the independence of different usage areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms and corridors with head light create a light and warm interior atmosphere.
