New building
An existing care home with 120 spaces has been fundamentally restored and expanded on the side of the courtyard. A two-level expansion with flat-sloped monopitch roofs, patios or balconies and a protected inner courtyard has been built. The new construction area includes a main entrance with cafeteria. There is also a communal room with kitchen, administration-, group- and therapy rooms. Two groups of 15 persons can be accommodated in the wings. The building expansions include two-person rooms. A one-person room, living- and common rooms, group-, care service- and side rooms have been established in the old buildings. The resident rooms have been fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows. Various paths, corridor expansions, places and lookout points give the residence a sense of vitality.
