New building

The new construction with 108 spaces consists of a central building with two three-leveled residential wings. The group- and therapy rooms are located near the foyer; all levels have eating rooms with a distribution kitchen and patios that face south. Residence groups with 18 spaces each in one-person- and two-person rooms are located to the east and west of the central building. All three wings encompass a courtyard, which is limited by an open loggia. The groups can be accessed via a middle corridor. There are side rooms facing the atrium and bedrooms towards the outside. Within the two-person rooms an individual area has been created for each resident with a cupboard, bed niche and window space. The conscientious gradation from private to public space is expressed through various sitting zones and lookout places.
