Goal- and total planning
The locations for function diagnostics have been centralized and a new cafeteria has been built on the ground floor. The restructuring of an interdisciplinary emergency reception together with a roentgen department and endoscopy unit optimize patient reception and treatment. In addition to this a Clinical Physician Service for Anesthesia has been established. On the upper level the floor space requirement has been complemented with four additional operating theatres. A food supply area and a central sterilization area have been integrated in the basement. The existing intensive care unit has been fundamentally restored and expanded. In addition to the new garden plot and later replenishments other care units have been installed. Function diagnostics for geriatrics, a geriatric day clinic, physical therapy and a urology unit complement the room schedule. Three modern delivery rooms round off the range of function rooms provided by the hospital.
