Restoration
The monumentally protected art nouveau villa was built around 1860. The restoration of the building and outdoor enclosures did not limit its usage possibilities in any way. The basement was equipped for gastronomical usage as the building is located close to the state theatre. The rooms on the ground and upper floor are used as office- or practice spaces. Due to the realized layout concept the space can at any time be divided into one or two apartments. The additional office in the attic can also be used as an atelier or living space. A glass dome in the shape of a pyramid measuring 4 x 4 meters provides natural daylight for the building’s interior. Additionally, the monumentally protected clinker facade with sandstone pedestal has also been restored.
