RDS Partner plans new student dormitory
The Akdemische Förderungswerk Bochum intends to build a student dormitory in the immediate vicinity of the Ruhr University Bochum campus. At this location, three buildings of different heights will provide contemporary living space in innovative floor plans for around 250 students.
A moderate courtyard development, well integrated into the neighborhood, will be created in a green, unsealed neighborhood and will offer the opportunity for future generations to enjoy sustainable, high-quality living.
