Centralization of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Lüneburg
The Psychiatric Clinic Lüneburg is a specialist hospital for psychiatry and psychotherapy, pediatric and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, as well as forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy. It is also an academic teaching hospital of the Hamburg-Eppendorf University Medical Center.
RDS Partner is contributing to the centralization of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for Adults (KPP). The KPP is currently housed in the main building from 1972 (Building 48) as well as in several historic buildings spread across the clinic grounds.
Over the course of centralization, the nursing areas in Building 48 are to be renovated, restructured, and converted. In addition, a new building is to be built that is structurally connected to Building 48. A total of 4,668 sq. m usable area in Building 48 must be renovated or converted. In addition, 4,063 sq. m usable area must be built with the new construction. It is important to make optimal use of the specific properties of the location and incorporate it into planning that further increases the attractiveness of the clinic area.
The investment volume for the overall measure is approximately 26 million euro.
