Commission of a New Ice Arena in Weißwasser
RDS Partner was commissioned in February 2012 to build the new Weißwasser ice arena, which had been designed by Stuttgart architects asp with a capacity of about 2,600 persons. The construction of the €15.7m sports complex is scheduled to take about 18 months. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 1, 2012 and the cornerstone was laid already on April 18, 2012.
