AKG Architects for Hospital Construction and Healthcare
Spring meeting in Heidelberg
From April 27 to April 30, 2023, the AKG Spring Meeting was held in Heidelberg, Germany. The 20th AKG conference "Climate Neutrality and Sustainability in Architecture" and the general meeting at the Design Offices were complemented by five project visits to the Neuenheimer Feld site. The Surgical Clinic, the Children's Clinic and the Women's, Skin and Children's Clinic of Heidelberg University Hospital as well as the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) were visited.
For RDS Partner, Arne Thorben Damm participated in this meeting. RDS Partner is one of the AKG founders and has been a member of the Architects for Hospital Construction and Healthcare for 51 years.
