Construction of new building 3
After preliminary plans were approved, RDS Partner is currently developing the draft plan for construction of the new building 3 at the south police department in Cottbus. The visualization shows the group of buildings with building 2, which has already been completed. The investment volume for this phase of construction is approx. 28 million euros. In addition to the south police department, the building will also house parts of the state criminal police, the special services, and the ordinance disposal service.
