New building
The new construction of a multi-family house with six apartment units opens up with ceiling-high glazing to the patios and balconies that face south. A thoroughly green housing park has been created in combination with an existing residential building and carports. An atrium, located in the middle of the house, with a glass roof provides additional natural lighting and ventilation to the open layout and stairwell. Blue facade plates, wooden windows with sliding panels and titanium zinc as a wall- and ceiling cladding create a modern, timeless and functional architecture.
