Campus Zentralklinikum Lörrach
RDS Partner and its project partners are contributing to the future Zentralklinikum Lörrach.
The design task was a clinic with 653 beds and 18-day clinic spaces across 45,000 square meters of usable space. Attached to this is a center for mental health with an additional 103 beds, as well as the possibility of an expansion including pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
A rescue station and a thousand parking spaces are attached. There are also options for a medical building, pharmacy, health department store, or gym as well as a rehabilitation facility.
This will result in an investment volume of approx. 280 million euro.
